Qualification and Eligibility:

Candidates with published research or additional qualifications in quantum technologies will have an advantage. Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, including:

1. Hands-on work in advanced quantum computing development or research
2. Experience supporting policy and strategy for adopting quantum technologies in public or private sectors
3. Involvement in national or international quantum research collaborations

Additional strengths include a solid track record of working with academic and research institutions, along with strong knowledge of quantum cryptography, simulation methods, and algorithms. Experience in both public and private sectors will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct and support research on quantum computing trends, capabilities, and national readiness.
2. Assist in developing national strategy and frameworks for quantum technologies, including cybersecurity and advanced computing. 
3. Engage with leading global quantum research centers and tech companies for collaboration.
4. Identify opportunities for national capacity building, including academic and industry skill development. 
5. Provide analytical support on the implications of quantum computing for economic sectors. 
6. Support national quantum-related initiatives
